Install and open Tragofone application, go to the Settings > Account Setup > Insert the SIP Credentials

Yes, the client can register Tragofone on the server until and unless the remote system have a support of SIP and WebRTC.
Install and open the Tragofone app. Go to the Contact – It will fetch all contact automatically. Provide the permission to access the phone during installation or one can perform the same after installation – Phone > Application > Tragofone settings

Yes, Provisioning Server from Tragofone will be provided for the Provisioning (Client can request to purchase the license for the same)

Capture logs/packets on SIP server and identify the issue whether it is from Firewall or PBX or application or contact Tragofone support.
Recommended solution to resolve one-way voice issue – Enable NAT and SIP ALG on Firewall. Try Enable and Disable TURN and STUN server on Soft client.
