Day 1: Partner Onboarding

Register as a Tragofone reseller partner. Receive portal credentials, provisioning access, and training materials. Nothing in your NetSapiens environment is touched at this stage.

Day 2-3: User Provisioning | Day 2–3

Import extensions or create user accounts directly via the portal. Push configuration to all devices simultaneously. Bulk import via CSV or API is available for large deployments.

Week 2: Testing & Go-Live

The Tragofone reseller support team supports you and your end customers through go-live. Typical full-fleet deployment: 5–10 days.

Day 1–2: Platform Configuration

Link Tragofone to your existing NetSapiens switch. Set your provisioning server URL and SIP domain. Your switch configuration remains completely unchanged; Tragofone layers on top.
